Federated Hermes International Strategic Value Dividend Fund Class IS

This fund aims to achieve its investment objectives primarily by allocating capital to equity securities of companies situated outside the United States. Its principal focus is on stocks that offer robust dividends and demonstrate potential for dividend growth. The portfolio typically consists of shares from large-capitalization or mid-capitalization companies, with the flexibility to also include depositary receipts and real estate investment trusts (REITs). A core policy mandates that a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, combined with any borrowed funds used for investment, must be invested in securities that pay dividends.
