About Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd
Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. is an Israeli technology firm specializing in the creation, development, and commercialization of sophisticated sensor systems, primarily serving the global automotive industry. Their offerings encompass both direct line-of-sight vision solutions and advanced accident prevention technologies designed to detect hazards beyond immediate view. Among their innovative products is QuadSight, a high-performance four-camera multi-spectral vision system that integrates infrared and visible-light cameras for superior obstacle detection. They also provide DynamiCal, an automatic calibration software ensuring continuous and accurate 3D depth perception from stereo cameras, and ScaleCam, a flexible separated stereo camera solution. Foresight’s portfolio further includes Percept3D, a 3D point cloud solution that generates vital raw data for obstacle identification, terrain analysis, and seamless integration into autonomous vehicle sensor fusion systems. Additionally, Mono2Stereo is a software-based solution that enhances existing vision sensor systems by generating 3D stereo perception. Beyond automotive, their technology is also applied in defense, broader autonomous vehicle platforms, and heavy industrial equipment. A unique offering is Eye-Net Protect, a cellular-based V2X solution that delivers real-time pre-collision alerts via smartphones to vulnerable road users such as pedestrians, cyclists, and scooter drivers. The company has forged strategic partnerships, including a collaboration with FLIR Systems, Inc. for the development, marketing, and distribution of QuadSight, and an alliance with Knorr-Bremse for light rail vehicle systems. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Ness Ziona, Israel, the company was formerly known as Asia Development (A.D.B.M.) Ltd. before rebranding in January 2016.
