The Schiehallion Fund Limited

The Schiehallion Fund Limited specializes in supplying capital to mature, high-growth private businesses that are on a trajectory towards a public stock exchange listing. The fund's investment scope is broad, with no specific limitations regarding industry or geographical region. It primarily deploys capital via equity or equity-related instruments, including but not limited to preference shares, convertible debt, equity-linked notes, and warrants. Strict investment guidelines are in place: an initial investment will not exceed 10% of a portfolio company's most recent net asset value, and total ownership will not surpass 19.9% or 20% of the company's value. Schiehallion targets companies with an enterprise value of at least $500 million, aiming to secure long-term minority stakes.
