CelLBxHealth plc is a medical diagnostics firm specializing in the creation of cancer detection solutions, with operations spanning the United Kingdom, broader Europe, North America, and other global markets. A flagship offering is the Parsortix PC1 system, a medical device engineered to isolate and collect whole circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from the blood of patients with metastatic breast cancer, preparing them for further user-validated analysis. The company also provides the Parsortix PR1 system for general CTC capture and collection from blood samples. Beyond its core systems, CelLBxHealth offers the Portrait+ CTC Staining kit, a laboratory solution designed for the precise identification, characterization, and quantification of both epithelial and mesenchymal circulating tumor cells, boasting strong analytical sensitivity and specificity. Another key product is the CellKeep Slide, which facilitates CTC harvesting. The company extends its expertise through various laboratory services, including advanced CTC enrichment and liquid biopsy analysis. Its assay portfolio comprises Portrait Flex, an immunofluorescence assay for detecting epithelial, mesenchymal, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition states, as well as assessing DNA damage response. Additionally, CelLBxHealth provides Portrait PD-L1 for CTC evaluation and develops customized CTC assays. Strategic collaborations underpin some of its development efforts; it has partnered with BioView Ltd to co-develop a human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) assay kit for breast cancer, and an agreement with NuProbe USA, Inc. involves utilizing a pan-cancer next-generation sequencing (NGS) panel. Originally established in 1994 as ANGLE plc, the company rebranded to CelLBxHealth plc in October 2025 and operates from its base in Guildford, UK.
