Its operations are organized into four key divisions: Health and Wellness, Household, Lifestyle, and International. The Health and Wellness division encompasses a variety of cleaning solutions, such as laundry additives and general home care products, sold under prominent names like Clorox, Pine-Sol, and Liquid-Plumr. Furthermore, in the United States, this segment offers vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) from brands including RenewLife, Natural Vitality, NeoCell, and Rainbow Light. The Household segment primarily caters to the U.S. market, focusing on pet care products like cat litter under the Fresh Step and Scoop Away brands, alongside food storage solutions such as bags and wraps from the Glad brand, and grilling essentials provided by Kingsford. Focused on the U.S., the Lifestyle division presents a range of culinary offerings such as dressings, dips, and sauces, predominantly under the Hidden Valley banner. It also includes natural personal care items from Burt's Bees and water purification systems through the Brita brand. Globally, the International segment extends a diverse portfolio mirroring many of the company's domestic offerings, including laundry aids, home care products, water filtration devices, digestive health solutions, grilling charcoal, cat litter, various food products, bags and wraps, natural personal care lines, and professional cleaning and disinfecting supplies. These are marketed across various regions under well-known international and local brands such as Clorox, Glad, Brita, RenewLife, Ever Clean, and Burt's Bees, alongside regional staples like Ayudin, Clorinda, and Poett. Clorox products reach consumers and businesses through an extensive distribution network. This includes major mass retailers, grocery chains, warehouse clubs, discount stores, home improvement centers, pharmacies, pet stores, military commissaries, dedicated e-commerce platforms (both owned and third-party), and through a vast network of distributors supported by a direct sales force.
