Cnergyico Pk Ltd was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on 09 January 1995 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 and was granted a certificate of commencement of business on 13 March 1995. The Company is a subsidiary of Bosicorco International Limited, Mauritius (the Parent Company). The Holding Company in turn is a subsidiary of Abasscico Busient Incorporated, Cayman Islands. The Company currently operates two business segments namely Oil Refinery Business and Petroleum Marketing Business. Petroleum Marketing Business was formally launched in 2007.
